Asylum Chapel Wedding Joy!
As soon as I met Jasper and Becs I knew I just HAD to capture their wedding. Super cool London couple with the most chill vibe ever and their wedding was exactly that!
It was a BOILING hot day last summer and I don’t think we could’ve had better venues for such a scorching day - The Asylum Chapel in Peckham for the ceremony and drinks then onto the roof terrace of Franks in Peckham. South London wedding massive!
We started the day at their uber cool pad in Gipsy Hill -insanely gorgeous flowers by Sage arrived while Becs and her sis did their make up. The colours were dreamy - gorgeous pinks and pastels everywhere but in the most non staged way.
Being one of the preferred suppliers and the Asylum Chapel (selfless plug) I’m more than familiar with the venue. I’m totally in love with it by now and it did not disappoint with its dreamy pools of light flooding in through the stained glass windows. The room was filled with love and laughter and ALL of the emotions. These two are special.
Franks prepared the most gorj mezze platters on the roof served under dozens of pastel hanging decorations which blew wildly in the sunshine. The party vibes turned up to notch 100 in the evening with awesome DJ sets in the disco room!
It was pure joy to be the wedding photographer at this one and to capture it all. Lucky me!
